2. What we collect

We do not ask for your phone number, address, or any government ID.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, netbanking and wallet details are entered on Razorpay’s secure window and are never passed to or stored by us. Razorpay’s use of your data is covered by its own privacy policy.
4. Your quizzes and PDFs
The JSON you paste is processed in your browser to build the exam. Your PDFs are uploaded to Claude by you, under your own account with Anthropic, not through us. We do not receive your PDFs.
When AI solutions are switched on, the text of the question you ask about (with its options and your answer) is sent to our AI provider to produce a step-by-step solution. Do not include personal information in questions you send.
5. Services we use
- Firebase (Google) for sign-in and account storage
- Razorpay for payments
- Groq (or a similar AI provider) for AI solutions, once enabled
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr to load fonts and maths rendering. These providers may receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage and Firebase’s sign-in session to keep you logged in, remember your theme, and keep your pass active. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your account and pass records while your account exists and as long as the law requires for payment and tax records. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except records we must legally retain.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. Email and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
9. Security
We use Firebase and Razorpay, which encrypt data in transit. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and log out on shared devices.
10. Children
If you are under 18, please use Mockz.online with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect data from children without it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will also tell you on the site.
